Sandy joined Pacific Inns in 2007, after many years in the banking industry where she perfected her skills in customer service and attention to detail. She travels from property to property, inspecting rooms, training staff, implementing policies and procedures and insuring that brand standards are being followed. Her focus is to implement and maintain best practices to provide the products and services that guests expect. Sandy creates a safe and friendly environment for staff, while at the same time, reducing waste in materials and labor to ensure profitability for our investors.
