Dominick Forni officially started his hospitality career at the age of 16. Although, unofficially he was gaining a multitude of industry knowledge at a very early age having grown up with a family that was actively involved in all facets of hotel operations and management. In Dominick’s pursuit to familiarize himself with every area of hotel management, he started his career in maintenance working on capital expenditure projects at several properties that were part of an independently owned hotel group in the northwest.
In 2010, Dominick started his career at Pacific Inns working in the maintenance department on special projects at the many properties Pacific Inns owns and manages. Later in his career at Pacific Inns, he went on to learn the ins and outs of front desk and customer service management. Currently he assists Pacific Inn’s operations team with a multitude of tasks including monthly operating reports, cost analyses reports, budgets, various accounting projects, and assisting in new hotel launch operations.
