Throughout his 39 years in the hospitality industry, Dave Forni has successfully managed more than 50 hotels. Prior to joining Pacific Inns, Dave led an independently owned hospitality company’s growth efforts from a few local motels in Oregon to a national hotel chain. Since 1975, Dave has worked within almost every discipline in the industry including: acquisitions, development, operations, finances and management.

Dave has extensive maintenance and construction experience overseeing projects ranging from small-scale renovations to four-star full service new builds. Responsible for opening several new large-scale hotels on budget and on time, Dave directed all project aspects from prospecting to grand opening. In more recent years, Dave was regional manager of 22 hotels in the Pacific NW.

With a welcoming disposition, Dave has a true heart for hospitality. Dave prides himself on his hands on management style, going above and beyond to connect with guests to ensure they have a pleasant experience. The same can be said for the people he meets just going about his day. Dave has never met a stranger he couldn’t strike up a friendly conversation with.
