Our revenue management experts provide strategic direction to each property to ensure the highest efficiency of operations. Our proactive approach to growing market share and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) is through pricing based upon research, analysis and knowledge of: market drivers, special events, competition and seasonal demand. The mix of retail, negotiated and 3rd party business is also effectively managed.
Sales & Marketing
We have decades of experience maximizing sales opportunities and leveraging the strength of our brands. We perform detailed research to identify and aggressively pursue direct sales and marketing opportunities. Continual sales team development is one of our many practices to boost RevPAR and return on investment.
Risk Management
Pacific Inns is dedicating to protecting, minimizing and resolving risks through safety and security audits. Our teams focus on training and documentation as part of our risk management protocols. Daily audit pack reviews are carried out at each of the properties we manage in order to implement appropriate controls for keys, cash and physical inventory on site.



Pre-Opening Management
Pacific Inns has managed opening more than a hundred hotels. We coordinate all pre-opening activities from ordering furniture, fixtures and equipment to hiring and training staff. Our experienced team delivers successful hotel openings that ensure smooth operations moving forward.
