La Quinta Inn & Suites in Santa Barbara Begins Major Refresh

Pacific Inns has partnered with StonePark Capital to renovate the La Quinta Inn & Suites, situated among restaurants, galleries and shops on downtown Santa Barbara’s State Street.

Plans include a new entrance lobby, courtyard, rooftop deck, pool, spa and dining/bar area as well as the addition of 50 new guestrooms and covered parking area.

“We are excited to be working closely with StonePark Capital during this major renovation. We look forward to the expected completion of the beautiful 122-room hotel in 2021,” said Linsey Forni-Pullan, Vice President of Pacific Inns.

The property will remain open during the expansion.
