Grand Opening Ceremony for La Quinta Inn & Suites in Centralia, Washington

Pacific Inns celebrates the grand opening of the brand new La Quinta Inn & Suites in Centralia, Washington.

The Pacific Inns team along with Krishna Paliwal, CEO of La Quinta Inn & Suites and Pamela Johnson, General Manager, welcomed the community for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the newly constructed hotel. The event was well-attended by the community including members of the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce as well as La Quinta corporate representatives.

“After guiding the development of the property through the different construction phases, it was exciting to welcome guests to this stunning new hotel and celebrate alongside owners Brent Nicholson and Nick Westlund,” said Dominick Forni, Pacific Inns’ Operations.

Pacific Inns’ Holiday Inn Express NW Portland Team in the News for Heroic Hospitality

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in NW Portland that is owned and operated by Pacific Inns became a welcome relief to those left stranded when a record-breaking snow storm hit the Portland, Oregon area on February 22, 2023.

Despite the hotel being at full occupancy, General Manager, Dave Forni and Head Housekeeper, Nanette Sutherland, worked through the night to continue welcoming people in need of somewhere to go. The hotel team got those without a room pillows and blankets to find comfort in the lobby and meeting rooms, and in the morning a hot meal. Portland NBC News affiliate KGW was in the area to report the story: Downtown Portland hotels sold out, help those stranded by the snowstorm

The Mason Beach Inn is Featured in The Los Angeles Times

Located just steps from Santa Barbara’s famous waterfront, the Mason Beach Inn receives high praise in the Sunday Los Angeles Times. In the “A Walk on the Fun Side” article published on January 12, 2020, writer Sharon Boorstin checks into the Mason Beach Inn for “The ultimate grandparents/grandkids vacation” as she calls it. The article recounts the enjoyment of time spent both at the newly refreshed Mason Beach Inn as well as the many experiences within walking distance from the boutique inn during the “No driving” getaway.

“The Ma­son Beach Inn is one of a clus­ter of spruced-up vin­tage ho­tel/mo­tels in a serene neigh­bor­hood blocks from the sand. Our room, with two queen beds, was com­fort­able; the staff was friendly; and it was hard to keep the boys out of the pool, ” said Boorstin.

La Quinta Inn & Suites in Santa Barbara Begins Major Refresh

Pacific Inns has partnered with StonePark Capital to renovate the La Quinta Inn & Suites, situated among restaurants, galleries and shops on downtown Santa Barbara’s State Street.

Plans include a new entrance lobby, courtyard, rooftop deck, pool, spa and dining/bar area as well as the addition of 50 new guestrooms and covered parking area.

“We are excited to be working closely with StonePark Capital during this major renovation. We look forward to the expected completion of the beautiful 122-room hotel in 2021,” said Linsey Forni-Pullan, Vice President of Pacific Inns.

The property will remain open during the expansion.

Pacific Inns Opens Holiday Inn in Twin Falls, Idaho

The Holiday Inn in Twin Falls, Idaho opens after a multi-million dollar refresh lead by the Pacific Inns team. The 128-room hotel added a new on-site restaurant, Duke’s Grill, which is already receiving excellent reviews from locals and hotel guests alike.

In addition to Duke’s Grill, Twin Falls’ newest hotel features a meeting space, indoor pool and spa as well as a health and fitness center.

All Pacific Inns departments were involved in this project working directly with the owner on the site selection, purchasing process, franchise selection as well as through the actual construction and re-design phase.

Tony Forni, Regional Operations and Development Specialist for Pacific Inns was on-site from the start of construction, working closely with the contractors and owner to ensure the successful completion of the project. “I believe our hands-on approach to managing our client’s projects like they are our own makes all the difference,” said Tony Forni.

Pacific Inns partners with StonePark Capital to open the luxurious new La Quinta Inn & Suites in San Luis Obispo, California. The newly opened 102-unit hotel features a rooftop soaking pool, event space and rolling mountain views.

Situated in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo, guests are able to walk to inviting shops and restaurants or stay back at the hotel and enjoy the delicious on-site restaurant, 1865 Craft House & Kitchen which offers farm to table inspired food and drinks in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The Best Western in McMinnville, Oregon recently completed an extensive refresh as well as a brand conversion under the leadership of Pacific Inns.

Best Western Plus Dayton Hotel & Suites Receives Award

The Best Western Plus in Dayton, Washington received the Champion Customer Care Award at Best Western International’s District II Meeting held recently in Vancouver, British Columbia. The award was presented in front of several hundred District II Best Western hoteliers from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

This honor is bestowed upon those member properties that demonstrate and best exemplify exceptional levels of service and care. The hotels must also meet quality and design standards and other membership requirements to qualify.
