The newly opened Morgan Hill, California La Quinta Inn & Suites is featured in Lodging Magazine as the first La Quinta property on the West Coast with the brand’s new design prototype called Del Sol.
Having managed the property from the pre-construction phase, Rodger Forni, President of Pacific Inns is interviewed along with owners Andrew Firestone and Jess Parker of StonePark Capital to discuss the success of the property including earning $300,000 in revenue during the first month.
