Pacific Inns’ Holiday Inn Express NW Portland Team in the News for Heroic Hospitality

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in NW Portland that is owned and operated by Pacific Inns became a welcome relief to those left stranded when a record-breaking snow storm hit the Portland, Oregon area on February 22, 2023.

Despite the hotel being at full occupancy, General Manager, Dave Forni and Head Housekeeper, Nanette Sutherland, worked through the night to continue welcoming people in need of somewhere to go. The hotel team got those without a room pillows and blankets to find comfort in the lobby and meeting rooms, and in the morning a hot meal.
