Pacific Inns is excited to announce the official groundbreaking of the new Microtel by Wyndham Banning, California, marking the start of construction on what will become an 81‑room, modern, guest‑focused addition to the region’s hospitality landscape.
The future Microtel will bring a fresh, contemporary lodging option to Banning, designed with efficiency, comfort, and value in mind. The Banning Microtel will serve both leisure and business travelers, providing convenient access to the I‑10 corridor and supporting the area’s growing demand for dependable accommodations.
“We’re thrilled to break ground on this new Microtel and bring another exceptional Wyndham‑branded property to the Pacific Inns portfolio,” said Tony Forni, Vice President of Development at Pacific Inns. “This project reflects our dedication to thoughtful development, strong ownership partnership and creating hotels that deliver consistent value and comfort for guests.”
